of obama care, right, and who famously, the citizens of kentucky have reaped the benefit. kentucky now leads the nation in new sign-ups for health insurance, and that would be huge anywhere. it is a particularly huge deal for a state whose population is as unhealthful as kentucky's is. i don't mean any offense by it, but kentucky's population ranks at the bottom or toward the bottom of the nation's health ratings in lots and lots and lots of different categories, and kentucky has a lot of uninsured people. and it's the exact same deal two states over in mississippi, but in these two states, in the same part of the country, with the same health problems in their populations and a lot of the same challenges, one of them, kentucky, is now best in the nation in terms of people getting health insurance, and one of them, mississippi, is now worst in the nation, and not because they wouldn't know how to fix their problem. they knew how to fix their problem, but they stopped fixing it. mississippi has enrolled a smaller percentage of its population than any other state in the nation. they do n

don't think that iraq should develop nuclear technology at all. the obama administration actually engage in diplomatic acrobatics to both acknowledge he runs right to peaceful nuclear energy and not acknowledge it at the same time. we approach these negotiations with a basic understanding. iran like any nation should be able to access peaceful nuclear energy. but because of its record of violating its obligations. iran must accept strict limitations on its nuclear programs that make it impossible to develop a nuclear weapon. the scope and role of iran's enrichment as is set forth in the language within this document says that iran's peaceful nuclear program is subject to a negotiation and to mutual agreement. despite the officials attend school team the hawks with punches are flying here. looks like we tacitly agreed that they will be enriching for commercial purposes down the road so i think you gonna say on capitol hill again a bipartisan effort to try to make sure that this is not the falling rain. and of the set of barker will be o called it the old quote a blow to our allies

? the u.s. is right now in the middle of one of the biggest pushes to raise wages that i've seen in 20 years working in this field. president obama has called for a $10 minimum wage hike. but, you know, given the gridlock in washington, the states are starting to act. california approved a $10 minimum wage hike and no sooner had that been inked than a consebive placed it on the ballot to go to $12. the high cost cities are pushing for even higher wages. voters in sea-tac, washington, approved a $15 wage. now cities like chicago and new york are calling for wages of similar levels. i think what's driving this is what president obama called the defining challenge of our time in this economics talk yesterday. the fact is, the restaurant industry noted that the majority of the jobs our economy is creating are in these low payment fields like restaurant and retail. these aren't team jobs if they ever were. now tens of millions of adult americans spend their time cycling through these careers, these jobs. at $9 an hour, they're not sustainable. so what the fast food workers are calling for i

of people care about where sometimes lots of people will tune in. will tailor the a constitutional right to same-sex marriage? yes, there's a big part of the population that's interested in that. is obama care constitutional? a huge number of people will focus on it in an institution that won't adapt itself because it's very staid to getting that information out there. in terms of what it is we're able to do as part of a national conversation, it should be clear to everyone that we are hardly alone. so, for example, american lawyer media, for which tony now works, has this wonderful publication, supreme court insider, which is getting more information about the court. pete reports on the law, the justice department, the supreme court. instead of one platform in nbc news, msnbc, and the website of nbc news. so i do think that we are far from alone in taking advantage of the lower cost of distribution. we should talk about the economic models. tony operates on one. some of the materials free through the blog. some of it is a subscription only through the supreme court insider. pete's work
